At RPM Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
